ABOUT
West Elevation Design was established in 2018. Gareth Davies has a Bachelor of Environmental Design and Masters of Architecture and is a registered Building Designer. His work history includes four years' experience working as an architectural draftsman for a large building company in Hobart. He has worked on a wide range of architectural jobs, ranging from commercial and residential renovations to hundreds of new builds. He can capably produce designs for a wide range of houses, with budgets from $100,000 to $1,000,000, incorporating different construction methods and a large range of external finishes
Gareth understands the structural elements that constitute a home, and is ready to help you design yours.
PRE-DESIGN
Before we embark upon the main process, we take our time getting to know you and your needs. We will assess where you sit in the design process and establish a brief. From this point, we can assess your additional needs, and recommend any consultants - including Bushfire Assessors, Land Surveyors, Energy Assessors, etc. You may choose to either allow us to act on your behalf or engage with the consultants yourself - the choice is yours!

WHAT WE OFFER
In addition to engaging with consultants, we also take care of all planning documentation
and council applications for your convenience. We can take care of the Development Application stage of your build, or to full Building Approval stage.
PRICING
Pricing is ordinarily worked out per m2 and quoted based on the complexity of the design.
Development Application Plans - $15 -25 per m2*
Our Development Application (DA) plans include a Site Plan, Drainage Plan, Floor Plan, Roof Plan, 3D Perspective Plan, Elevations, Electrical Plan, and Sections as part of our basic service - setting us above the rest!
BASIC DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION PLANS
As part of our design service, we offer photo-realistic renders with a fully integrated walk through of your new home. When you design your home with West Elevation Design, you will be able to completely visualise your home before it's built. Giving the client a greater confidence in what they are receiving as a finished product.
